Diana T. Stanis, CFP® is Senior Vice President of Planning at Family Wealth & Pension Management LLC.  Diana specializes in managing personal and institutional investment portfolios and employing wealth accumulation and preservation strategies for clients and their families. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Diana brings her in-depth knowledge of Investments, Risk Management, Retirement, Pension Plans, Income Tax and Estate Tax issues to help clients develop and pursue their financial goals.

Diana previously served as a Vice President of Asset Management for Fleet Financial Group and National Westminster Bancorp, Inc.   Diana holds Honors Degrees with a Masters Degree in Business Administration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Long Island University – C.W. Post Center.  Diana has lectured on investments and financial planning at LIU.

Diana is a practitioner member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). Its predecessor organization, the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, recognized Diana as an award winning scholar / practitioner for excellence in academics. 

Diana has been involved with the American Cancer Society and the National Alzheimer’s Association.  As a Senior Ski Patroller for the National Ski Patrol, Diana instituted and directed a children’s program on safety, first aid and skiing skills. She has also volunteered in a local “Riding for the Handicapped” program at Gold Coast in Brookville, NY.

Diana lives in Dix Hills, New York with her husband, Glenn and their two sons.
